Welcome to Technology & Employment Connections (TEC)!

We were founded in 2012 and are a State nonprofit organization in Marysville, Washington. TEC works with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). We are committed to providing world-class employment services to anyone who experiences a disability. We are authorized to provide services in Snohomish, Island and Skagit counties.

The job seeking process does not begin in an office. The TEC philosophy is to work with our customers in the community where they live or want to work. We will not only help you find a job that matches your interest and skills, we will show you how to use technology as part of the job seeking process.

We believe in the power of partnerships with schools, employers and referring agencies. By working together, we can help each individual achieve their goals. We customize services to fit the needs to each individual and provide follow up services to ensure continued success.
